Steven is a performer at heart. As a theater major, he began exploring the possibilities of expression provided by acting. After college, he realized that theater was not what he wanted to do. He met a teacher who inspired him to follow the path that would mark his life and his career for over fifteen years: voice overs. As a voice over artist, Steve found a more intimate way to perform, being in front of a mic. Though one can't really see the person behind the voice, he found in voice overs a more creative way to acting and to be whatever he wants in a studio, inspired by classic celebrities like Orson Wells and Mel Blanc.
Steve also likes traveling, playing hockey and golf, and meeting new people. He has a gift for memorizing names and faces, making amazing connections between physical characteristics, personal attributes and names. This is perhaps one of his strongest professional skills and it certainly continues to help him in his career at Voice123.

Bio:
Steve is a voice over professional with an extensive portfolio of voices for cartoons, radio, TV commercials and theatre, as well as various corporate training and communication materials. His favorite type of work is doing cartoon voice overs. He has done the voices for MTV (Celebrity Death Match) and Japanese anime cartoons, but his ultimate goal, at least for now, is to do voice overs for the popular cartoon Robot Chicken.
Although Steve has a BA in theater and speech and over 15 years of experience doing voice overs, he has also led a successful career in customer service and management. Steve previously worked for American International Group, Inc., the largest insurance company in the world, where he advanced in record time from the Customer Service Department to become the Director of Operations overseeing three offices (New York, Chicago and Los Angeles). Amongst his multiple responsibilities, Steve was in charge of maintaining and updating a security access systems matrix for 56 employees nationwide, creating staffing models, evaluating and researching procedure problems, fraud investigation, reporting solutions to the relevant department, and advising on and implementing successful customer service initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Steve worked as a Product Specialist for the General Motors Corporation, representing the GMC division at 13 Regional auto shows in the continental United States, promoting the GMC Trucks line of automotive accessories to the general public and coordinating with venue staff the organization and placement of displays. His outstanding work with GM was possible thanks to the experience gained as a Production Coordinator for Disney Regional Entertainment's ESPN Zone, where he was in charge of coordinating the sport’s daily programming schedule for 5,000 customers. He was in charge of evaluating and supplying audio/visual solutions for special corporate events with Goldman Sachs, Conde Nast, Chase, and First Boston, and training staff in proper customer etiquette for the ESPN Zone’s Sports Arena.
