What is a "usability error"?

A usability error happens when Voice123.com shows a message, interface, or screen that should have not appeared or that misleads you. These are samples of usability errors:

• You try to upload a file and the confirmation page says that everything was correct. However the uploaded file is nowhere to be seen.

• You submit a form with a legitimate email address, yet, when you submit the form, you get an error message saying the format of the email address is not correct.

• You are told that you can save your audio files for three months, but the system only saves them for one month.

What is a "usability improvement"?

A usability improvement is the process of making any part of the experience of using Voice123 better.

What is a text error?
