is looking for Account Executives and
Customer Service Specialists to work
from Manhattan, New York or Bogota, Colombia and handle a wide
variety of responsibilities in Voice123 (The
largest marketplace for voice overs in the
world). The ideal candidate has experience
in customer service and a passion for it,
outstanding communication skills, and the
ability of persevering even in highly
cyclical tasks. The selected person will
interact primarily with customers in the US.
Great sense of humor and showing proficiency
in communications in English are a must!
1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding customer service to
users of the service by phone, online chat,
and email.
- Review, improve, and approve the voice
projects posted through the website.
- Review and approve the auditions and
proposals submitted by talents.
- Follow up with users to ensure customer
satisfaction.
- Use the Voice123 interface and achieve a
high level of knowledge and understanding of
the service, to properly promote and market
the benefits that Voice123 offers.
- Ensure the highest level of possible
satisfaction on each interaction with users
of the service.
- Interact face-to-face and virtually
(online) with members of the team from all
over the world, including the US.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of relevant professional
experience.
- Love for customer service.
- Should have availability of time to work
in different shifts during the day and
sometimes on weekends.
- Willingness to work extra when
emergencies arise.
- Be professional and consistent in your
interaction with clients.
- Non-Native English Speakers should
demonstrate an excellent level in their
written and spoken
skills in this language.
- Must be self-motivated, articulate, and
possess excellent verbal and written
communications skills.
- Positive attitude and dedicated team
player a must.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Great sense of humor.
- Quick learner.
- Must have ownership of work and be a
proactive thinker.
- Able to work with virtual teams.
- Punctuality, organization, patience &
responsibility must be some of your main
characteristics.
- Experience in the voice over industry
preferred, but not required.
- Located near Manhattan, New York, or Bogota, Colombia.
