Voice123.com is currently looking for Casting Ninjas to join our expanding team! The Casting Ninja position will allow you the flexibility to work remotely from virtually anywhere, while handling a wide variety of customer service and account management responsibilities. We are extremely proud of the fact that Voice123 is the largest voice over casting marketplace and the #1 website for professional voice talents worldwide! As a member of our Casting Advisory Team, you will routinely interact with our global community of valued Talent/Voice Producer (TVP) and Voice Seeker (VS) clients!
Ideal candidates must be comfortable and confident about their performance in working with customers and possess a solid knowledge of the voice over industry. Because the position of Casting Ninja involves daily interaction with the VO community using all kinds of media including phone, live online chat, email and social networks, you will gain global exposure working on our team! As such, this position requires a proactive, highly innovative and energetic personality with an eye for making things better, a problem solving attitude with the passion for collaborating with others, and the desire to assist and advise our community about how to maximize their potential for success in the world of “online” voice casting.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to users of the service by phone, online chat, email, and social networks;
- Accurately review, verify, clarify, and approve:
- Voice projects posted on the website;
- Auditions and proposals submitted by our voice talents and producers;
- Voice talent demos and profiles on Voice123 for quality content;
- Ongoing professional interactions with our community with the goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction at all times;
- Contribute to the company knowledge-base and other “internal” documentation to reduce “user” issues and increase transparency in the marketplace;
- Engage with the voice over community and contribute through participation in social media discussions, blog posts, the Voice123 Forum articles and training webinars;
- Continue your personal development as a voice over artist by actively participating in auditions and projects;
- Being an “Ambassador” for Voice123 wherever you go;
- Find out ways to exceed expectations, goals and KPIs set by the team;
- Put the needs of Voice123 and fellow team members’ needs ahead of their own;

Minimum Requirements
It goes without saying that a great customer service team is only as good as the people that make up the team. I’m sure you realize by now that this means we’ve set the bar pretty high!
The ideal candidate best suited to join our Casting Advisory Team must have the following:
- Passion for and experience in providing exceptional, proactive customer service;
- Flexibility with your time in order to be available to work different shifts, as needed. NOTE: We currently operate full-time and part-time shifts that cover the hours of 9am – 12am ET (M-F) and 9am – 6pm ET (weekends) and add additional shifts during “peak” seasons;
- Punctuality, dependability, responsibility and accountability;
- Demonstrate solid problem solving skills and ability to think “on your feet”;
- Ability to decisively handle routine issues without constant need for direction from management;
- Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed and “throwing in the towel”;v
- High proficiency using computers, social media, web apps (especially Google Docs);
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English;
- Have your own tools to work remotely including: A reliable high-speed Internet connection and access to a redundant Internet connection (like a Wi-Fi hotspot at the library or coffee shop or a tethered cellular device) in case your connection fails, a laptop that is no older than two years, a USB headset with microphone, and dedicated workspace;
- Interested in working as independent contractor;
- Positive and patient demeanor and dedication to being a “team player” a must;
- A great sense of humor and open minded attitude;
- Good knowledge of “pop” culture;
- Be an active voice over talent, agent or other VO industry professional;
- Knowledge and passion for the entertainment and media industry (both online and offline);
The following skills will be an additional PLUS (+):
- Good “recall” skills at remembering names, numbers and voices;
- Savvy in the online voice over industry and community in not only the U.S., but abroad;
- Ability to speak, read and write in another language (multi-lingual);
- Willingness to work a 3rd shift schedule as we move toward providing 24/7 service to our community;
